About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented, results-focused Reservation Agent who provides outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The position is located at 12060 Lusher Rd, Spanish Lake, Missouri 63138, and is not eligible for employer sponsorship. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, helping create equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
