About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a customer-focused, results-oriented team member for a fast-paced reservation role. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the agent supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The role also includes assisting with U-Box portable storage.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls to and from customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports to support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, and to maintain equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
