About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented, results-focused customer service professional for a fast-paced role supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the position supports reservation placement and equipment distribution to help maintain regional inventory and meet future customer demand. The role also assists with U-Box portable storage. The position is located at 11202 Antoine Dr, Houston, Texas 77066, and is not eligible for employer sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
• Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
• Legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
• Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, helping create equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
