About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a customer-focused, results-oriented Reservation Manager Agent to work in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships by managing reservations and equipment placement. The position is located in the office at 1375 N. Arizona Ave, Chandler, Arizona 85225. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas according to customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports supporting effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, and helping maintain equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
