About The Position

The Reservation Agent supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role helps manage reservations and equipment availability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position is in office at 1375 N. Arizona Ave, Chandler, Arizona 85225, and is not eligible for employer sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
U-Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in Arizona.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customer equipment to areas according to customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports to support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, contracts, equipment availability, and accuracy.
Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
