About the position
Terray Therapeutics is seeking technicians for their microarray preparation and imaging team. This team is responsible for producing the ultra-dense microarray chips that power Terray's entire discovery effort. The technicians will be responsible for loading the on-bead libraries into microwell arrays on small chips, operating Terray's proprietary, automated imaging and fluidics systems to identify the oligonucleotide sequence at each of the 32 million locations on each chip, and analyzing the resulting data to determine which chips can progress to DNA-removal and screening. This work is critical to Terray's mission and requires precision, attention to detail, commitment, and a passion for transforming the way new drugs are found for patients in need. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related disciplines, excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to be a team player in a cross-functional environment.
