The candidate will be responsible for supporting various workstreams, including program management, corporate operations, facility management, lab safety, continuous improvement, and high impact ad hoc projects. • Program management: Support high profile cross-functional projects and ensure best-in-class execution.
• Corporate Operations: Assist the operations team with various operational initiatives.
• Facility Management: Maintain and improve the Lab and Office space to create a world-class workplace.
• Lab Safety: Ensure the implementation of a top-notch lab safety program.
• Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and assist with ad hoc projects.
