REPROGRAPHICS ASSOCIATE (FULL TIME)
About The Position
The Reprographics Associate supports the client’s reprographic and resource needs while maintaining efficient and compliant operations. The role provides customer-focused reprographics services, prepares and produces client materials, operates high-volume reprographic machines, and helps maintain supplies, equipment, and an organized, safe work area. This is a full-time position at Spring House Reprographics in Spring House, Pennsylvania. The schedule is full time, with days varying and hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; further details are provided during the interview. The fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and publishing or design programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, efficient, customer-focused reprographics service.
- Assist with preparing client resources and materials, including drafting, formatting, and printing.
- Operate high-volume reprographic machines.
- Produce marketing materials such as brochures, letters, posters, and other printed products by client deadlines.
- Assist with inventory of paper, ink, and other supplies, and receive and log deliveries.
- Keep the reprographics area organized and compliant with safety requirements.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors.
- Interact with customers in person and receive over-the-counter printing requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
