About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking contractors to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment and similar consumer products, including fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and massage chairs. The work serves customers purchasing products from high-end companies and requires a strong commitment to customer service. Contractors may accept contract work based on their location and availability; settlements are processed weekly. Potential earnings are stated as $40,000–$100,000+, depending on volume, location, and accepted contract work.

Requirements

• Be able to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.
• Have transportation to and from repair sites.
• Own hand and power tools and have the mechanical aptitude and experience to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Have a federal Employer Identification Number (EIN).
• Comply with applicable insurance and vehicle registration requirements.
• Comply with state laws applicable to the vehicle used to perform the work.
• Pass background and drug screens; screenings also apply to helpers.
• Driving contractors must undergo a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Be committed to exceptional customer service, be comfortable using mobile technology, and have excellent communication skills.
