About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking contract repair technicians to service fitness equipment and similar consumer products, including fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and massage chairs. Contractors evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair products for high-end clients. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service. Settlements are processed weekly, with potential earnings of $40,000–$100,000+ depending on volume, location, and accepted contract work.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturers’ manuals and repair instructions.
• Own transportation to and from repair sites.
• Own hand and power tools and have the mechanical aptitude and experience to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Possess an EIN (federal tax ID).
• Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements.
• Comply with state laws applicable to the vehicle used for work.
• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
• Pass background and drug screens; these are performed on contractors and helpers.
• Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check.
• Be tech savvy with a mobile phone and have excellent communication skills.
• Be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
