About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking contract repair technicians to service fitness equipment and similar consumer products, including fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and massage chairs. Contractors evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair products for high-end clients. A strong commitment to customer service is essential. Potential settlements are $40,000–$100,000 or more, depending on work volume, location, and accepted contract work; settlements are processed weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturers’ manuals and repair instructions.
• Own transportation to and from repair sites.
• Ownership of hand and power tools, with the mechanical aptitude and experience to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).
• Comply with applicable insurance and vehicle registration requirements.
• Comply with state laws applicable to the vehicle used for work.
• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 pounds.
• Contractors and helpers must undergo background and drug screens.
• Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service, tech savvy use of a mobile phone, and excellent communication skills.
