About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking contractors to provide repair services for fitness equipment and similar consumer products in Detroit, Michigan. Contractors may repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products for high-end clients. The work involves evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing products, with a strong focus on customer service. Settlements are processed weekly, and potential earnings are $40,000–$100,000 or more, depending on volume, location, and the contract work accepted.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.
• Own transportation to and from repair sites.
• Own hand and power tools and have the mechanical aptitude and experience to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Possess an EIN (federal tax ID).
• Comply with applicable insurance and vehicle registration requirements.
• Comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work.
• Pass background and drug screens; screenings also apply to helpers.
• Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check.
• Be comfortable using a mobile phone and have strong communication skills.
