About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking independent repair contractors to service fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar consumer products. Contractors evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair products such as fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, and wine coolers for high-end clients. Strong customer service and the ability to follow manufacturer specifications are essential. The role is contract-based, with potential weekly settlements of $40,000–$100,000+ annually depending on volume, location, and accepted contract work.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.
• Own transportation to and from repair sites.
• Own hand and power tools and have the mechanical aptitude and experience to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Have an EIN (federal tax ID).
• Comply with applicable insurance and vehicle-registration requirements.
• Comply with state laws governing the vehicle used for work.
• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
• Pass background and drug screens; screens also apply to helpers.
• Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Tech-savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills.
