About The Position

The Repack Associate is responsible for properly repacking KEG 1 Missouri, LLC products in compliance with supplier guidelines. The role involves safely and efficiently repacking and recouping damaged products in cans, bottles, and PET containers, while ensuring that out-of-code product is not returned to Company inventory. The associate maintains a clean and sanitary repack area, documents defective, damaged, and destroyed product, accurately records all time worked using designated timekeeping methods, and maintains clear communication with Company owners, managers, and other employees. This is a full-time, day-shift warehouse position in Earth City, Missouri, with a stated pay range of $17.00–$17.50 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no experience or licensing requirements are specified.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently repack and recoup damaged Company products in cans, bottles, and PET containers according to supplier specifications.
Ensure that no out-of-code product is returned to Company inventory.
Keep the repack area clean and sanitary, including removing product from the floor, sweeping and mopping, emptying trash receptacles, removing cardboard, and cleaning and sanitizing sinks and worktables.
Properly document defective, damaged, and destroyed product.
Accurately record all time worked using the appropriate designated timekeeping methods.
Maintain open and clear communication with Company owners, managers, and other employees.
