About The Position

High Country Beverage (HCB) is seeking a Warehouse Repack Specialist for their facility in Northern Colorado. This is an active, hands-on, and team-focused role where you will be a vital part of the facility care and inventory process. The position involves using modern technology and equipment to ensure the warehouse is clean and that damaged products are repacked and accounted for. This role is highly physical, detail-oriented, and requires consistent energy, with the enjoyment of being constantly on the move and keeping things organized.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and ability to support the warehouse team.
• Enjoy physical work and can maintain high productivity across differing order quantities and temperature conditions.
• Strict adherence to all state and company policies, equipment protocols, and drug and alcohol policies.
• Ability to accurately check products to ensure they are in code, clean, not dented, and possess undamaged labels.
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs without accommodations.
• Selected candidates will be subject to an MVR & criminal background check and a pre-employment physical/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Break down and repack all damaged product as it arrives, ensuring all products are in code and within acceptable standards (clean, no torn labels, not dented or broken).
• Keep a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Return all repacked products to their correct location within the warehouse, ensuring all products are in rotation and properly warehoused.
• Take full responsibility for the proper storage, rotation, and move beer process to keep inventory in correct alignment.
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain equipment used in the cleaning and warehouse process, with a special focus on the powered floor scrubber, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Assist with the delivery route unloading process.
• Participate as a team member with special warehouse assignments.
• Help with any other tasks as assigned by management.
• Clean all areas of the warehouse, maintaining a professional attitude and adhering to all state and company policies and procedures.
