About The Position

The Pick & Pack Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, sorting, and preparing products for shipment. This role involves identifying, counting, labeling, and packaging parts and materials, as well as performing visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. The associate will sort and categorize items, follow work instructions, and maintain a clean and organized work area. This position requires the ability to safely handle materials and work efficiently to meet production goals.

Requirements

Ability to stand and work for approximately 10 hours per shift.
Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. frequently.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
Accurately identify, count, label, and package parts and materials.
Perform visual inspections of springs and other components to identify defects or irregularities according to established quality standards.
Sort and categorize springs based on predetermined criteria, separating acceptable parts from items requiring rework or rejection.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Safely handle totes and materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality expectations.
Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.
