About The Position
This position is responsible for efficiently grading products for quality control and preparing product for shipment by repacking it into smaller increments. The role includes assembling boxes, labels, stacks, and stock packages for shipment, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the work area while following sanitation and safety procedures for tomato handling and production according to Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. The role identifies and repacks quality products independently; all work is regularly reviewed by a supervisor and manager.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
