About The Position

This position is responsible for grading products for quality control and preparing them for shipment by repacking cases into smaller increments. The associate also assembles boxes, labels, stacks, and stock packages for shipment, and cleans and sanitizes the work area while following sanitation and safety procedures for tomato handling and production under Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. The role involves independently identifying quality products and repacking them accordingly; work is regularly reviewed by a supervisor and manager.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
