Requirements

Ability to work front-line information and receptionist functions and answer the telephone.
Ability to perform pre-access phone calling and maintain fax coordination.

Responsibilities

Identify and collect patient liabilities, such as account balances and copays.
Manage cash transactions and provide change securely.
Refer patients to Financial Specialists for account support.
Provide front-line information and receptionist services, including answering telephone calls.
Perform pre-access phone calling and maintain fax coordination.
Work in various departments depending on staffing needs.
Adapt to varied tasks and respond respectfully to patients’ diverse needs.
