About The Position

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a competitive, driven Rental Sales Agent to sell rental vehicle upgrades, protection products, and value-added services. The role focuses on engaging customers face-to-face, understanding their travel needs, recommending relevant solutions, and closing sales. Agents process rental agreements accurately in a fast-paced airport environment and work toward individual and location sales targets. Compensation includes a base wage plus uncapped commission, with guaranteed incentives during the first 60 days while learning the role. The company provides paid training in proven sales techniques and opportunities for career growth and advancement. Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, tourism, or another customer-facing role is helpful, while motivation, confidence, and a drive to succeed are emphasized.
