About The Position
Fox Rent A Car is seeking competitive, high-energy sales professionals to serve as Rental Sales Agents in a fast-paced airport environment. Agents turn customer interactions into sales opportunities by using consultative techniques to understand travel needs, presenting vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and other value-added services, and recommending solutions that improve the customer experience while generating revenue. The role includes processing rental agreements accurately and efficiently and meeting or exceeding individual and location sales targets. Compensation includes a base wage and uncapped commission, with income tied to sales performance. Guaranteed incentives are provided during the first 60 days while employees learn the role, and paid training covers proven sales techniques. The position offers opportunities for career growth and advancement in a performance-driven culture where top sellers are recognized and rewarded. Sales, retail, hospitality, tourism, or other customer-facing experience is helpful; drive, confidence, and motivation are emphasized.
