- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive rental experience.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize rental revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, local, and state regulations related to vehicle rentals.
- Manage and supervise the rental fleet, including maintenance schedules and availability.
- Oversee rental agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to optimize rental operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor rental performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Train, schedule, and manage rental department staff.
