About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator at its rental facility in Nacogdoches, Texas. The role supports the equipment rental process and customer experience using the company’s proprietary T3 technology, which provides up-to-date information about equipment. The coordinator responds to inbound leads, helps customers select equipment, builds and maintains customer relationships, and explains how EquipmentShare’s services can help customers operate more efficiently. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours worked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening skills and care for solving customer problems.
• Ability to build, nurture, and maintain customer relationships throughout the rental process.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay informed about EquipmentShare products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand the existing customer base.
• Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to support customer satisfaction.
• Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their businesses.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
• Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
