About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator for its rental facility in Effingham, Illinois. The role supports customers throughout the equipment rental process, using EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 technology to access up-to-date machine information and help customers get the right equipment at the right time. The coordinator builds and maintains relationships with contractors and construction company principals, responds to customer inquiries, and develops sales strategies to grow market share and improve the customer experience.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours worked. The stated compensation range is $19.50–$30 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors including experience and location. Employment is contingent on passing a background check. Some roles require a drug test depending on job responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand the customer base.
• Educate customers about ways EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and keep customers informed about additional ways EquipmentShare can support their businesses.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
• Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
• Stay current on information about machines using EquipmentShare’s T3 technology platform.
