About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator at its rental facility in Denver, Colorado. The role uses the company’s proprietary T3 technology platform to keep equipment information up to date and help customers get the right equipment at the right time. The coordinator supports customers throughout the rental process, develops customer relationships, and helps grow the customer base and market share. The listed salary range is $19.50–$30 per hour; experience and location may affect the final rate. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours worked. Employment is contingent on passing a background check; some roles require a drug test depending on job responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand the existing customer base.
• Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help them save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships to support satisfaction with EquipmentShare’s service and support.
• Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their businesses.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
• Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
• Stay educated on EquipmentShare’s latest products and services.
