About The Position

Indie Campers is hiring a Rental Agent for its depot in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The role provides direct customer service and supports depot operations, including managing reservations and guest arrivals and departures, preparing and cleaning campervans, and maintaining the fleet. The Rental Agent also registers guests, monitors stock, processes payments, handles complaints, and troubleshoots emergencies. The position reports directly to the Branch’s Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Great communication skills and aptitude for direct customer contact.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license and confidence driving a campervan.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• A responsible and reliable approach to work.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare and clean campervans.
• Maintain campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repair needs.
• Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments.
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
