About The Position

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products and sells them individually to the public through online auctions. The Removal Team Lead is a hands-on supervisor who oversees associates supporting customers as they pick up their items. Roles reporting to this position include scan-in/out, removal, and inventory. The Removal Team Lead reports to the General Manager (GM).

Requirements

• Available to work onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
• Able to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Able to follow written directions and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find their items using the warehouse racking system.
• Scan customers into the pick-up queue and scan them out when their merchandise leaves the warehouse.
• Provide each customer with a great experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all positions within the department.
• Ensure each team member receives adequate training.
• Lead the removal team in meeting goals necessary for company growth.
• Communicate effectively with the GM about matters that need escalation.
• Adjust, approve, and submit team timesheets.
• Determine disciplinary action for policy violations with the GM and communicate the decision to the team member.
• Provide input to the GM during the evaluation process.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the supervisory team.
