About the position

The Telemarketing Consultant role at MVF is a remote position that involves calling warm leads of business owners in the US. The role focuses on building rapport, understanding business needs, and cross-selling additional products or services. Responsibilities

  • Calling business owners across the US who have registered their interest in a product or service through MVF's own marketing material
  • Building rapport and asking open questions to understand and identify business needs
  • Cross-selling additional products or services to help both the business and MVF grow
  • Working in a sales environment and focusing on needs-based selling
  • Being target and quality focused to ensure leads are likely to convert
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve and grow with the company
  • Problem-solving common tech issues and escalating when necessary
  • Working remotely and feeling part of the team with support from Team Leaders
  • Working Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or Monday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Receiving a base salary of £22,000 per annum with potential OTE earnings up to £45,000
  • Enjoying fully remote working and benefits such as life assurance, health coverage, pension scheme, and wellbeing support
  • Participating in company off-sites and holiday incentives
  • Accessing a wide range of free health clubs and activities

Requirements

  • Have previous experience working in a sales environment, either face to face or on the phone
  • Be familiar with needs-based selling
  • Be target and quality focused
  • Have problem-solving skills for common tech issues
  • Be able to escalate and explain situations concisely
  • Have the ability to work remotely
  • Be open to continuous improvement and growth
  • Have strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours
  • Have the ability to work with warm leads
  • Have a base salary of £22,000 per annum with potential OTE earnings up to £45,000

  • Be willing to participate in company off-sites and holiday incentives
