Remote Sales Representative
About The Position
This remote role is for people who live in Florida. The representative works from home and meets clients by phone and video. They connect with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance, help them understand coverage options, and guide them through applying. No prior sales or insurance background is needed; training and help with licensing are provided. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid entirely by commission from completed sales, with no base salary. The stated pay range is $75,000 to $120,000 a year, but earnings depend on activity, consistency, and results and are not guaranteed. The company does not charge fees for training or onboarding; applicable state licensing costs are paid directly to the state licensing authority.
Requirements
- Live in Florida.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Communicate clearly and be willing to learn.
- Be able to stay organized and manage daily activity.
- Be comfortable working independently, with support.
- Be willing to obtain a Florida resident life and health insurance license before working with clients; the company provides guidance through the pre-licensing course and state exam.
Responsibilities
- Connect with people who have requested information about coverage; no cold calling.
- Understand clients’ needs and present suitable life insurance options.
- Guide clients through the application process.
- Follow up and stay in touch with clients.
- Use the provided CRM to track activity and manage the work week.
