About The Position

Remote Sales Representative Remote | $60,000–$100,000 Estimated Annual Earnings | Training Provided Are you motivated, competitive, and looking for a sales career where your results directly impact your earning and advancement potential? No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license

Nice To Haves

Sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with individuals and families
Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow a structured sales and customer-service process
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
