Remote Sales Representative - Leadership Development (Remote-CB)
About The Position
Fisher Organization is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join their remote sales team. This opportunity is designed for people who want to develop strong sales skills, work directly with families, and have the opportunity to advance into leadership. No previous insurance experience is required. They provide training, mentorship, and a structured development process. This is a sales position with performance-based compensation, not a salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward must obtain the appropriate state insurance license, with guidance and support provided throughout the licensing process. They are looking for individuals who are serious about building a career, willing to be coached, and prepared to put consistent effort into their development.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to obtain a state life insurance license
Nice To Haves
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or leadership experience can be helpful, but is not required
