About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a remote Policy Services Rep to build and maintain client relationships, present supplemental benefit options, and support clients through enrollment. The role includes virtual Zoom consultations, accurate digital recordkeeping, timely follow-up, and high-quality client-focused service. Inbound client interest is provided, with no cold outreach. The position includes training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities for income growth through renewals and advancement into leadership. It is a 100% remote independent-contractor opportunity with commission-based, performance-driven compensation rather than hourly or salaried pay. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop with webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and organized.
- Be comfortable with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
