About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Member Protection Consultants. You'll work with individuals and families, including veterans, labor union members, credit union members, association members, and their families, helping them understand available supplemental insurance benefits and make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. This opportunity combines member service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. AO operates within the American Income Division of Globe Life, with a long history of serving working families throughout North America. Our representatives help individuals and families understand supplemental life, accident, and health insurance products designed to provide additional financial protection and peace of mind. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be physically located within the United States
Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
Be comfortable meeting members virtually
Be willing to complete required training

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
Connect with members seeking information regarding available benefits
Identify individual and family financial protection needs
Explain supplemental life, accident, and health insurance options
Answer questions regarding coverage, policy features, and available benefits
Provide needs-based recommendations
Guide members through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation
Help members with policy reviews, coverage questions, beneficiary information updates, policy and account service needs, claims-related guidance, follow-up communication, and changes in family protection needs.
Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
