Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

Connect with members using company-provided warm leads through phone and Zoom consultations
Evaluate members' financial protection needs and recommend personalized life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term member relationships
Guide members through the application and enrollment process, answering questions with professionalism and care
Provide ongoing policy support, including beneficiary updates, policy reviews, and claims assistance
Maintain accurate client records while adhering to all state regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continually expand your knowledge and skills
