Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, sales, financial services, healthcare, recruiting, hospitality, or education is beneficial—but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

Connect with members through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments
Assess each client's financial protection needs
Recommend supplemental life insurance and benefit solutions tailored to individual goals
Guide members through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance
Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
