About The Position

AO Globe Life has been serving veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families for over 70 years, offering life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions. Their mission is to help working families protect what's important through personalized guidance, excellent service, and lasting relationships. They are looking for dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join their team as Legacy Protection Advisors. This is a fully remote position offering schedule flexibility, mentorship, and unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam

Responsibilities

Connect with members using company-provided warm leads
Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate supplemental benefit solutions
Guide members through the enrollment process while delivering an outstanding client experience
Build long-term relationships through ongoing service, policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
