About The Position

AO is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals to join our remote team as Financial Protection Advisors. In this role, you'll help working families better understand supplemental benefits and financial protection programs while building meaningful relationships and a rewarding long-term career. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a computer or laptop
Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, financial services, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and other online platforms
Educate families on available supplemental benefit programs
Help clients understand coverage options and make informed decisions
Guide individuals through applications and enrollment documentation
Build long-term relationships through professionalism and consistent communication
Provide ongoing client support and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
