About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, relationship-focused professionals to join our growing team as Virtual Financial Protection Advisors. Responsibilities

Meet virtually with prospective clients to understand their goals and financial needs
Educate individuals and families about available life insurance and supplemental benefit options
Present personalized recommendations in a clear, ethical, and easy-to-understand manner
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
