About The Position

The Remote Market Manager manages the daily operations of one home club while providing coaching, support, and leadership development to two or three additional Planet Fitness locations in geographically remote markets. The position helps elevate brand standards and member experience in locations where District Managers face travel limitations. The manager maintains consistent execution at the home club and helps improve performance across assigned support locations. The role requires strong in-club leadership, effective delegation, organization, and follow-through. It includes full operational and financial oversight for each assigned club, including policy implementation, scheduling, payroll, supply orders, and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop others while maintaining operational consistency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience as a Club Manager or in a comparable multi-site leadership role.
