About The Position

AO Globe Life / American Income Life is seeking a Remote Coverage Specialist for a remote, independent contractor opportunity. The role focuses on establishing relationships with clients and members, understanding their needs, and educating them about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The work is commission-based and performance-driven, with no hourly or salaried compensation. Warm leads, online training, daily coaching, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities, and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.

Requirements
