About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Remote Client Support Associates. In this role, you'll connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits. You'll answer questions, explain available options, guide clients through next steps, and provide professional ongoing support. Whether you're entering the workforce, changing careers, or looking for greater flexibility, no previous insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities requiring a license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, call centers, banking, client relations, or sales may be helpful but is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely follow-up throughout the process.
  • Assist existing clients with policy-related questions.
  • Conduct policy reviews when appropriate.
  • Assist with beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain accurate digital client records.
  • Manage appointments and follow-up communications.
  • Provide continued customer service after enrollment.
  • Connect with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits.
  • Concentrate on building relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.
