Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
Good listening and interpersonal abilities
Strong organization and time-management skills
Comfortable using basic digital tools, video conferencing, and online applications
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
Must meet applicable work authorization and background requirements

Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
Schedule virtual appointments with individuals who have requested benefit information
Conduct virtual consultations and learn about each member's needs
Clearly explain available benefit programs and coverage options
Answer questions and provide helpful, professional guidance
Assist members with digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Complete follow-ups and ensure information is properly documented
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
