About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking Entry-Level Remote Customer Associates to support working families across the United States. In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually, answer questions, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing customer support. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, one-on-one mentorship, and continued professional development to help you get started.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Have reliable high-speed internet
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable meeting with clients virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, call centers, military service, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Help clients understand coverage and make informed decisions
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide follow-up assistance and ongoing customer support
• Help with policy reviews and beneficiary updates when needed
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
