About The Position

We are expanding our remote recruiting team and looking for motivated, dependable professionals to join us as Remote Appointment Setters / Phone Bookers. In this role, you'll connect with prospective candidates who have already expressed interest in our career opportunities, help them take the next step, schedule interviews, confirm appointments, and keep our recruiting pipeline moving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, scheduling, call center work, candidate engagement, or administrative support. No previous recruiting experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be physically located within the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have a reliable phone or headset setup
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace for outbound calls
Be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
Be comfortable using Zoom and online calendar systems
Be comfortable communicating through phone, email, and text
Have basic computer skills and the ability to learn web-based recruiting technology
Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
An excellent verbal communicator
Comfortable speaking with different personalities
Organized and detail-oriented
Dependable with strong follow-through
Able to manage multiple conversations and appointments
Self-motivated and productive while working remotely
Comfortable working toward appointment and activity goals
Able to manage your time effectively

Nice To Haves

Previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates who have already expressed interest in available career opportunities
Introduce yourself professionally and confirm candidate interest
Answer basic questions regarding the interview and scheduling process
Encourage interested candidates to complete the appropriate next step
Follow up consistently with candidates who have not yet scheduled
Reconnect with candidates who missed an appointment
Assist candidates who need to reschedule
Maintain professional and friendly communication throughout the process
Schedule interviews using our online calendar system
Confirm interview dates and times
Assist candidates with scheduling links when necessary
Send or coordinate appointment confirmations and reminders
Follow up with candidates before scheduled appointments
Help reduce cancellations and missed interviews
Reschedule candidates when appropriate
Maintain an organized and productive interview calendar
Maintaining accurate candidate notes
Updating applicant records and scheduling status
Tracking candidate communication and follow-up
Communicating through phone, email, and text when appropriate
Using online recruiting and scheduling systems
Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers
Helping identify candidates who require additional outreach
Keeping the interview pipeline moving efficiently
