About The Position

SPAR is hiring overnight Reset Merchandisers to work on a team remodeling the interiors of big-box retail stores. Projects include category resets and fixture installation, including building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. The role is suited to people with experience in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor. Candidates should be self-sufficient, motivated, comfortable using basic tools, and able to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Work is scheduled from 10 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Candidates must live within 45 miles of Whitehall, Michigan. The role offers ongoing project work and potential career advancement. SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores on new-store setups and full-store remodels.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Knowledge of or ability to use basic tools necessary for the job.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Personal cell phone and valid email address.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Steel-toed footwear is required on the job site.

• Planogram experience.

Responsibilities

• Work overnight remodeling big-box retail stores.
• Build and assemble retail store shelving and fixtures.
• Follow planograms for items tagged and approved by store management.
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics completion.
• Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
