About The Position

SPAR is expanding its reset and remodel merchandising team. The Remodel Merchandiser works as part of a team remodeling the interiors of big-box retail stores, including category resets and fixture installation. The work involves building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures, and using Plan-O-Grams to handle items tagged and approved by store management. Projects are ongoing, with additional work available as one project ends and another starts. Applicants should be self-sufficient, highly motivated, comfortable using basic tools, and able to produce quality results in a fast-paced environment. The position pays $20 per hour and requires the employee to live within 50 miles of Azusa, California.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours.
• Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
• Knowledge of or ability to use basic tools necessary for the job.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Personal cell phone and valid email address.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Steel-toed footwear is required at the job site.
• Must live within 50 miles of Azusa, California.
