About The Position

SPAR is hiring a Remodel Merchandiser to join its reset and remodel merchandising team. The role involves remodeling the interiors of big-box retail stores, including category resets and fixture installation. Merchandisers build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures, and work with planograms to ensure tagged and approved items are placed as directed. The position suits candidates with merchandising reset or remodel, installation, construction, or general labor experience who are self-sufficient, motivated, comfortable using tools, and able to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ongoing project work is available, with new projects following the completion of each project. The stated pay is $20 per hour, and applicants must live within 50 miles of Vallejo, California.

Requirements

Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
Knowledge of or ability to use basic tools necessary for the job.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Steel-toed footwear must be worn on the job site.
Must live within 50 miles of Vallejo, California.
