About The Position

SPAR is hiring a Remodel Merchandiser to join its reset and remodel merchandising team. The role involves remodeling the interiors of big-box retail stores, including category resets and fixture installation. Merchandisers build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures, and work with Plan-O-Grams to place items as tagged and approved by store management. The work is ongoing, with additional projects starting when one ends. Applicants should be self-sufficient, motivated, comfortable using basic tools, and able to produce quality results in a fast-paced team environment. The position pays $20 per hour and requires the employee to live within 50 miles of Logan, Utah.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
• Knowledge of or ability to use basic tools necessary for the job.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Personal cell phone and valid email address.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Steel-toed footwear is required on the job site.
• Must live within 50 miles of Logan, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Remodel the interiors of big-box retail stores.

• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics completion.
• Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves as directed.
• Work as part of a merchandising and remodel team.
