About The Position

SPAR is hiring a Remodel Merchandiser to join its reset and remodel merchandising team. This role involves remodeling the interiors of big-box retail stores, including category resets and fixture installation. Merchandisers build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures, and work with Plan-O-Grams to ensure tagged and approved items are correctly placed. Ongoing project work is available, with new projects starting as others end. Applicants with merchandising reset or remodel, installation, construction, or general labor experience may be suited to the role. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, motivated, comfortable using tools, and able to deliver quality results in a fast-paced team environment. The position pays $20 per hour and requires candidates to live within 50 miles of Dublin, California.

Requirements

Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours.
Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
Knowledge of or ability to use basic tools necessary for the job.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
A personal cell phone and valid email address.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Steel-toed footwear must be worn at the job site.
Must live within 50 miles of Dublin, California.
