About The Position

The Relationship Banker provides exceptional service to clients by welcoming them, assisting with banking needs, answering questions, and explaining products and services. The role performs teller transactions, builds client relationships, identifies client needs, and supports the daily operations of the Banking Center. It also involves handling currency and deposits, debit card services, compliance with CFSB policies, and required training.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional client service.
• Assist clients with banking needs and questions, and explain products and services.
• Perform teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Establish client relationships and determine client needs and services.
• Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients.
• Process night deposit bags and mail deposits and payments.
• Handle large sums of currency, coin, and change orders.
• Assist with or oversee opening and closing cash vaults and the Banking Center.
• Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures.
• Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader.
